D3 Development sourced the site and undertook all planning and consents prior to C3 Construction taking over to deliver the finished asset. The site is 20,000m2 and is now in use after an on-time completion in October 2025. This property is owned by Awatoru Property and part of 3Capital’s property portfolio.
