80 Parton Road

80 Parton Road is a great example of 3Group in action – C3 Construction being the constructor, D3 Development the developer, and 3Capital being the long term owner. 80 Parton Road is a two-storey 1600m² Commercial and Retail Building. The ground floor is made up of six retail businesses and a café, and the first floor will be a shared office space. The project is located on a busy arterial road in Papamoa, and before construction could start an existing industrial warehouse had to be dismantled and taken offsite to be rebuilt elsewhere. Construction started in 2020, and was completed in 2021.
