Recently returned from the US, Mark brings over a decade of experience investing in and running small businesses, complemented by his earlier career as a quantity surveyor. With a keen eye for detail and a practical approach honed through hands-on leadership, Mark blends operational expertise with strategic vision to maximise value. He’s dedicated to forging long-term partnerships that drive sustainable success for our portfolio companies.

Tamati is driving 3Capital on its mission to build a diversified portfolio of property investment via our joint venture partnerships and our various property funds.

Tamati has worked in the property and construction industry for over 20 years, delivering a number of significant projects in that time. With tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying and Property Development, Tamati blends a focus on cost with a focus on value to enhance the returns on every investment we make.

Andy is responsible for 3Capital’s financial accounting, as well as financial reporting and controls processes. Andy brings a wealth of knowledge having spent time in one of New Zealand’s largest accounting firms, as well as previous roles in a large private property and construction group.

Samantha oversees asset management strategies and the day-to-day operations of 3Capital’s portfolio. With over a decade in property, asset and development management, she brings talent and experience to the role. Her expertise lies in maximising property value, driving long-term growth, and delivering results through strong operational oversight and collaboration.
